Law enforcement agencies may use the official agency email to send formal requests and related materials to: lawenforcement@anmrex.com.

Please include "Law Enforcement Request", the name of the organization, and the case number in the email subject line.

The submitter must ensure that the information provided is true, accurate, and complete, and has the legal authority to make the relevant request.

ANMREX will verify and process received requests in accordance with applicable laws, platform rules, and internal audit requirements. Depending on the completeness of the materials and the nature of the matter, ANMREX may request supplementary documents, confirmation of the scope of authorization, or further explanation of relevant matters.

Submitting a request does not mean ANMREX has accepted the relevant request, nor does it constitute confirmation of the facts, investigation results, or determination of responsibility. For requests with incomplete materials, unclear scope, lack of valid basis, or beyond reasonable limits, ANMREX reserves the right to request additional information, restrict processing, or issue a legal refusal.

If the request involves an imminent threat, please clearly state the emergency situation, legal basis, and relevant time requirements in the email.

The subpoena, court order, or formal legal document on which the request is based
