KYC & AML POLICY
KYC and AML policies
ANMREX emphasizes the security, transparency, and standardized operation of platform services, and establishes corresponding customer identification and anti-money laundering risk management mechanisms based on business scope, user type, account status, and applicable requirements.

Establish a trustworthy service environment
We conduct customer identity verification and risk management in a reasonable and prudent manner, ensuring users' normal use of the service while building a safer trading environment for the platform, users, and ecosystem participants.
Customer identity verification
KYC stands for "Know Your Customer," mainly used to verify the identity of account users, understand the source of funds and intent, and reduce risks such as identity impersonation, account theft, and false registration. AML stands for "Anti-Money Laundering," mainly used to identify and prevent platform services from being used for illegal fund flows, fraud, and other improper activities.
When registering, authenticating, or using specific services, users may need to provide necessary information according to the on-page prompts. Information submitted by individual users may include name, date of birth, location, contact information, and valid identification; Institutional users may need to provide registration information, business descriptions, authorized representatives, control structures, and beneficial ownership information.
Users must ensure that the information they submit is true, accurate, complete, and in a valid state. They must not impersonate others, forge or alter documents, conceal actual control relationships, or bypass platform review through multiple accounts or other means. If inconsistencies are found, information is expired or unverifiable, or further investigation is required, ANMREX may require users to provide additional documentation, re-verify, or provide relevant background.
Ongoing audits and risk assessments
Identity verification is not a one-time process. As account information, service scope, trading activities, or risk environments change, the platform may conduct ongoing reviews of the account. Related tasks may include verifying the validity of documentation, understanding account usage, identifying abnormal activity, and, when reasonably needed, verifying the source of wealth or digital assets.
ANMREX may adopt a risk-based approach to comprehensively evaluate different accounts and activities. Assessments may take into account user identity, region, product usage, account activity characteristics, information completeness, and other relevant factors.
Specific review models, monitoring parameters, risk thresholds, and internal judgment rules are internal platform management information and are not disclosed externally.
Account and information management
Where user identity cannot be reasonably verified, submitted information contains significant issues, the user refuses to cooperate with required audits, or the relevant services do not comply with platform rules and applicable requirements, ANMREX may refuse to open an account, restrict certain services, or terminate the account relationship
Due to security and risk management needs, the platform may not be able to disclose the complete internal evaluation basis and handling details.
ANMREX will process information obtained during identity verification, account activity, and risk assessment procedures in a reasonable manner based on service needs, the nature of the data, and applicable requirements. Such information may be used for identity confirmation, account protection, risk assessment, fraud prevention, user support, and fulfilling necessary obligations. For more details on the processing of personal data, please refer to the ANMREX Privacy Policy.
Users should promptly update important information such as name, contact information, identification documents, place of residence, organizational structure, authorization relationships, and account purpose. Failure to update information in a timely manner may affect authentication results, account status, or the normal use of certain services.
Verification document submission
Please submit verification documents only through the ANMREX official website, account page, or official contact channels.
ANMREX will never ask users to provide account passwords or verification codes for identity verification, anti-money laundering verification, account unfreezing, or security upgrades, nor will they be required to pay so-called verification fees to personal accounts or unknown addresses.
Please make sure to use official channels.
Important note
This policy is intended to outline ANMREX general principles regarding customer identification and anti-money laundering risk management.
Different users, regions, and services may have different data requirements and review processes. Specific arrangements are subject to the platform's actual page, official notices, and applicable rules.
